STENSON – Bookkeeping Simplified has a staff of trained, experienced and qualified bookkeepers along with support staff.
All staff are employees who are thoroughly vetted before joining the firm.

WHAT WE DO
STENSON – Bookkeeping Simplified provides a wide range of easy to understand financial and operating reports on a monthly, weekly or daily timetable. We also undertake quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting cycles as well as catch-up and clean-up projects.
All services are fixed-price with a six month guaranteed period so that there are no billings surprises.
All work is guaranteed so that you will not pay if you are not fully satisfied with our work.
All clients are a assigned an experienced book-keeper associate and a book-keeping senior so that there is no interruption of service whenever our clients need us.
Our clients, upload, email, scan, fax or mail source documents directly to us. In many situations our clients have their vendors, customers, banks, employees, contractors, and other service providers send documents directly to us to further streamline the data input process.
Our clients have 24/7 access to all their financial and operating reports, source documents and processed data in easy to access software systems to ensure the client remains in control of each step in the process.
Our clients have access to our “Help Services” at all times. There is no billing for questions that can be answered within a few minutes.
We provide written management commentary on all reports. There are also comparison to budget reporting and comparison to industry metrics to enhance the monitoring of performance.
We are available to come to your office or Board Room through the Google – Hangouts service with video conferencing or travel to your physical office if you are located in the Dallas and Fort Worth area.
We measure our performance against agreed-up continuously improving reporting benchmarks that include timeliness and accuracy metrics.
